The Checklist.
Every team that goes on an Irish Rugby Tours tour receives a what to pack itinerary and this is where one of the team’s volunteers on the management team comes into play. Make it their job to make sure that everything you require is on it.
Just a small clue here to give you an idea:
- Ensure Passports are in date 3 months from the time of your return.
- Make sure any food allergies and special medical needs are made known in advance.
- Union / Branch ID cards / tour permission form from home union and paper backup.
- Post-match presentations.
- Rugby apparel.
Being organised in advance saves an awful lot of time with no lastminute.com panic, plan ahead and be ready.
