I just want to say something about your company Irish Rugby Tours and what a great company you run.
Amid the Covid-19 spread Irish Rugby Tours were able to make accommodations when things were becoming hectic. Although not all matches were able to be had. Training sessions were added before the deadline to ensure my players had good exposure to top quality Irish rugby from true professionals.
The coach company was fantastic and I won’t use any other. They are the best and Irish Rugby Tours has done a wonderful job partnering with them, two fantastic companies with very competent owners and managers.
Our tour ended as the Covid-19 Pandemic was erupting. Needless to say, we were very concerned. Irish Rugby Tours was with us every step of the way ensuring our tour ended and returned back to the USA safely. They went above and beyond providing extra sanitisation and altering the tour when necessary. This was to pivot matches that were cancelled and filling them with training sessions before the deadline for rugby came.
This willingness to adapt and accommodate the tour has been a hallmark of my dealings with Irish Rugby Tours. In the past – they will do whatever they can to ensure you and your tour party have the best experience with as little stress as possible.
In a very stressful and emotional situation during the Covid-19 outbreak, we were never made to feel unprepared or without a plan.
We all retuned home safe without incident and much of that is due to the work of both Irish Rugby Tours and the Bus Company.
