Paella Cooking Class

Paella is a Valencian rice dish that has ancient roots but its modern form originated in the mid-19th century.

Many non-Spaniards view paella as Spain’s national dish, but most Spaniards consider it to be a regional Valencian dish. Valencians, in turn, regard paella as one of their identifying symbols.

Types of paella include, Valencian paella, vegetable paella seafood paella  and mixed paella , among many others.

Valencian paella is believed to be the original recipe. Consisting of white rice, green beans, meat, chicken, duck, rabbit, white beans, snails, and seasoning such as saffron and rosemary.

Go Karting

GoKart racing is generally accepted as the most economic form of motorsport available on four wheels.

As a free-time activity, it can be performed by almost anybody, and as a motorsport in itself. A sport regulated by FIA under the name of CIK, permitting licensed racing for anyone from the age of 8 onward.

American Art Ingels is generally accepted to be the father of karting. A veteran hot rodder and a race car builder at Kurtis Kraft, he built the first kart in Southern California in 1956.

Instantly popular, Karting rapidly spread to other countries, and currently has a large following in Europe.

Toy Soldier Museum - Rugby tours To Valencia, Irish Rugby Tours

Toy Soldier Museum

Valencia is home to many museums, but L’iber is pretty unusual.  It is the world’s biggest museum of historical miniatures!

With a collection of more than 1,000,000 pieces (though only 95,000 are on display), it has several exhibition rooms.

Some tell the history of Valencia and Spain, and others are dedicated to eras like prehistory and ancient history.

It is definitely an offbeat little spot in Valencia, but note that it’s only open during weekends.
