Day 1

• Private transfer from your clubhouse to your selected airport of departure to Italy.
• Choose from these airports to arrive at
  • Linate
  • Malpensa
  • Bergamo
• Trave from Airport to your accommodation.
• Optional activity for the day.
• Evening dinner at a local restaurant or accommodation.
• Party night at festival venue.
• Return to accommodation.

Day 2

• Breakfast at your accommodation.
• Select optional sightseeing or activities.
• Afternoon lunch if you wish to purchase from the food stalls.
• Meet and greet for teams at festival venue, fancy dress optional.
• Veterans competition begins.
• DJ set or live music begins ( @10pm for those who wish to stay ).
• After festivities return to accommodation.
• Dinner at local restaurant or accommodation.

Day 3

• Early breakfast at your accommodation.
• Transfer to Milano Rugby Festival.
• Festival begins for senior men and women’s teams.
• Lunch at festival large selection to choose and purchase.
• Listen to live music and DJ set all day.
• Back to accommodation.
• Dinning at local restaurant or accommodation.
• An evening activity if you desire.

Day 4

• Morning breakfast at your accommodation.
• Last transfer to Milano Rugby Festival.
• Finals day.
• Choose to have an optional lunch at festival.
• Live music and DJ set all day.
• Awards presentation.
• Available transfer to accommodation.
• Dine at local restaurant or accommodation.
• Possible evening activity.

Day 5

•  Continental breakfast at accommodation.
•  Depart for selected airport of departure.

Milano Rugby Festival Age Brackets & Playing Years:

• All players must be over 18 to be eligible to participate in the competition.
• ID cards must be brought to the festival to prove proof of  younger players age.
