For every outgoing tour no matter what country you are from you will require:
- The Tour Permission Form.
- Team Travel Insurance.
The tour permission form is the form that you need signed by your registered branch union or registered union. This allows you to travel by your country’s rugby board to participate in training and international matches.
It must be signed by the group leader or head coach and is required by the union of that country you are visiting.
A very important form is group insurance. Irish Rugby Tours is fully bonded by the ITAA and the ITOA, so your monies are very secure on that account. We would say to any touring group to take out a travel insurance policy to protect themselves from any unforeseen circumstances.
