Rugby Tours To Faro

Rugby Tours to Faro is the capital of southern Portugal’s Algarve region. Another new adventure being added to Irish Rugby Tours tour list of destinations to visit.

With all the sun, sea, sightseeing and activities, will there be any room for any rugby at all?  There’s only going to be one way to find out.

The region hosts the Algarve International 7s in early June and has now being included in the World Series of 7s.

Fortunately there is also the chance yourself to participate at these championships as there are other competitions being catered for.

There are four groups, Men Elite, Men Open, Women Open and then we the veterans where you have to be 35+ to be legible to play.

So now you know, come and visit Faro and see for yourself.

Dolphin And Whale Tours - Irish Rugby Tours To Faro, Rugby Tours To Faro

Dolphin And Whale Boat Tour

The older generation will remember “Flipper” the Australian television show from the 1970s about a young boy and his pet dolphin.

Well now is the chance to get close and personal with the dolphins find out why they are so close to man.

See them in their natural habitat along with the many species of whale that swim along the Algarve coast line.

Listen to your guide as they tell you all you need to know about the life of a dolphin and whale.

You might even get the chance to swim with one of man’s best friends.

Aqua Theme Park

No tour can miss a waterpark from adults to teenagers, we all want to have a buzz on these fantastic water slides.

This park includes Europes’s largest free fall water slide some 35mts long, so that’s one ride not to be missed.

For those of us who just like to sit in a tyre and go with the flow there is a 250mt water trail around the park. Spend as much time as you like here and have a ball of a time.

A little warning, please do keep in mind the hot sun and keep the sun cream applied.

So when you do plan your rugby club tour to Faro you have to add this into your itinerary.

Wine Tasting - Irish Rugby Tours To Faro, Rugby Tours To Faro

Wine Tasting

We all think we are connoisseurs when it comes to wine.

But can we really tell a good wine from a bottle of plonk? Yes, it’s all down to the pallet.

Your pallet will tell you if you like an expensive bottle of wine or a rather cheaper version, it’s all in the taste buds.

On this wine tasting tour you will learn all about wine making. A complete process from planting the seeds to picking the ripe grapes and then the making of the wine.

You would visit 2 wineries and of course sample what it has to offer. Plus you might have the opportunity to purchase what you sample and like.

Quad Bike Tour

Fancy yourself on a Quad bike, now’s your chance.

As a complete beginner you would be given a health and safety lesson first to understand what you are dealing with.

You would then be given a test drive to evaluate your level before being allowed out on the trail.

For all you novices and advanced drivers there’s also a little evaluation too just for safety records.

A great way to see the country from one coast line to the other. A half day tour or a full day is available to suit your needs around the coast line trails.

Advanced drivers who might like to see more of the region can choose from 3 and 4 day tours.
