Hello George,

Our driver and guide who were Tony and Paul were simply outstanding. 

The training sessions were great with Ian, Tony and Matt. Particular  the session from Tony which was of great value.

Accommodation was excellent. We stayed in both budget hotels and better  quality hotels – all in all really good experience.

As an Irishman in the USA, the phrase “didn’t know what I was missing” comes to mind – food in the hotels was outstanding quality and way better than what we are now accustomed to in the USA. Irish caught fish is simply the best in the world.
